Account Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Account Support Manager to join our team at Host Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our key accounts and ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of account strategies - Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement - Prepare regular reports and updates for key stakeholders - Assist in the development and implementation of account plans and strategies - Solve problems and address customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to accounts

Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role - Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
