Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Occidental Petroleum in Dubai. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, this role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, resourceful, innovative, and have exceptional attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Provide account management support to clients, including resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management - Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and work towards expanding business relationships - Stay up to date on industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - Proven experience in account management, preferably in the energy or oil industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
