Account Support Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at AIG in Dubai. As the Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to our key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This is a part-time position with a focus on building strong relationships with our clients, colleagues, and partners.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners - Provide support to the sales team in developing client proposals and presentations - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for account growth and improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Conduct regular account reviews to track progress and address any areas of concern

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
