Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Jumeirah Group in Dubai. As a part-time Account Support Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in this position.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Analyze account performance data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account status and performance


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate challenging situations with grace - Critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
