Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Remote Account Support Manager to join our team at Alaska Air Group in Dubai. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for managing key accounts remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of outstanding service and support to customers - Analyze account performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement - Create and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account revenue - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to better serve our clients - Provide regular reports and updates on account activities to management

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in an account management or customer support role - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think critically under pressure - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth - Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
