Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Jumeirah Group in Dubai. As a prominent luxury hospitality company, we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and can effectively manage client accounts.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client requests, ensuring seamless delivery of services. 4. Provide support in preparing client reports, presentations, and proposals as needed. 5. Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to make informed recommendations to clients. 7. Assist in resolving any client disputes or issues in a timely and effective manner. 8. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. 3. Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 9. Creativity and emotional intelligence in dealing with clients. 10. Prior experience working in a luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
