Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

United Rentals is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resourceful, possess creativity, and have strong project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to key customer accounts - Manage relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with sales teams to provide support and assistance as needed - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to customers - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of account support initiatives - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in account management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Proven track record of success in managing key customer accounts - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Energetic and resourceful personality - Creativity and ability to think outside the box
