Job description:
CST Brands is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in a work-from-home position based in Dubai, AE. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts, providing exceptional service, and driving growth and success for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction - Manage client onboarding processes, including training and implementation of products and services - Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts - Provide regular reports and updates to clients on account status, performance metrics, and recommended actions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective account management strategies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or customer service - Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving revenue growth - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or virtual work environment is a plus
