Job Description:
Cincinnati Financial is seeking a highly experienced Account Support Manager to work remotely from Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients, providing exceptional support, and ensuring the successful implementation of services.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to any issues that may arise. - Proactively manage client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling additional services. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track client satisfaction and success. - Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends to help shape future strategies. - Handle escalations and resolve conflicts in a professional and efficient manner. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Hardworking and motivated to exceed client expectations. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
