Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Hershey is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in account support roles. We are looking for a reliable and dedicated individual with excellent time management and project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts and clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and delivery of products or services to clients. 3. Assist in managing accounts, including tracking sales, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships. 4. Prepare reports and documentation for account reviews and meetings. 5. Monitor account activities and recommend strategies for growth and improvement. 6. Coordinate with internal teams to address any client concerns or requests.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in account support roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent time management and project management abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
