Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Account Support Officer to join our team at Foot Locker in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level role with no prior experience required, this position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to kickstart a career in the retail industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing customer accounts and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction - Handle incoming inquiries, resolve customer issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members as needed - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed - Provide administrative support to the account management team as required

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
