Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Dubai Financial Market is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong motivation, resourcefulness, negotiation skills, and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any account-related inquiries or issues remotely - Provide timely and accurate information on financial products, services, and policies - Assist clients in setting up and managing their accounts securely - Conduct regular account reviews to ensure compliance with DFM regulations and policies - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account issues and escalations - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay informed about market trends, updates, and changes to provide relevant information to clients - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Motivated, resourceful, with a strong sense of accountability - Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
