Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Remote Account Support Officer to join our team at Tesoro. As a part-time Entry Level position, this role will be based in Dubai, UAE but will allow for remote work. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide account management support to clients remotely. 2. Assist with client inquiries and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction. 4. Utilize innovative strategies for account retention and growth. 5. Develop and implement strategic account plans. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in account management or a related field. 2. Passionate about client satisfaction and relationship building. 3. Driven to meet and exceed goals. 4. Strong strategic planning skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
