Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Account Support Officer to join our team at Jarden in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing support to the account management team in servicing our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist the account management team in maintaining client relationships and meeting their needs - Prepare reports and analysis on client accounts - Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities - Assist in developing strategies to grow account portfolios - Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in account support or a related field - Strong critical thinking and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
