Job description:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Account Support Officer to join our team at Dillard’s. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home in Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: - Assist with account management tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and client communication - Help to develop and maintain client relationships - Provide support with scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Assist with project management tasks as needed - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively - Presentation skills are a plus
