Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at J.C. Penney. As a leading retailer, we are looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Abu Dhabi, AE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or account management.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to account information. 3. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to meet their needs and increase sales. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. 6. Utilize independent decision-making and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot customer issues effectively.

Requirements: 1. Independent and confident personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills to provide effective customer support. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and colleagues. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software to manage customer accounts effectively. 5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently. 6. Experience in retail or e-commerce customer service is a plus. 7. Prior experience in account management or sales support is preferred.
