Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Marathon Oil is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a confident and motivated individual with strong project management and research skills to provide support to our accounts remotely.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to account managers in managing client relationships - Assist with research and data analysis to support account management activities - Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for account managers - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Manage client inquiries and provide timely responses - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Confident and motivated individual with strong communication skills - Excellent project management and research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
