Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the chemical industry and grow their career with a reputable company.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients, including resolving inquiries, processing orders, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Assist Account Managers in managing customer accounts by maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and preparing reports and presentations. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in meeting customer needs. 4. Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team building activities to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills. 5. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, monitor sales activities, and generate sales reports for analysis. 6. Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team and contribute to the development of sales strategies. 7. Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Eastman Chemical products and services.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support role. 3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Adaptable and energetic personality traits with a positive attitude. 7. Leadership and planning skills to drive initiatives and achieve targets.
