Job Description:
As an Account Support Representative at PayPal Holdings in Dubai, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients and merchants. Your main objective will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers while addressing any account-related inquiries and issues they may have.
Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts, transactions, and policies - Troubleshooting and resolving account-related issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborating with various departments within the company to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Educating customers on new products and services offered by PayPal - Using innovative thinking and research skills to improve the overall customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or account support - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Confident in dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computers and CRM software - Innovation and research skills to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences

Soft Skills: - Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions - Strong research skills to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
