Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Textron. In this part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with account-related inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to resolve more complex client concerns - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find creative solutions - Make presentations to clients regarding new products, services, or updates - Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain accurate account information - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients

Requirements: - No prior experience required; however, previous customer service experience is a plus - Must be independent and able to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong adaptability skills to handle a variety of client needs and situations - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients - Demonstrated critical thinking abilities to solve complex problems - Ability to work part-time hours and meet deadlines - Must be located in Abu Dhabi, UAE
