Account Support Representative

As an Account Support Representative at Publix Super Markets in Dubai, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the account management team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Assist with order processing, invoicing, and shipping logistics - Monitor account activity and follow up on any outstanding issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
