Account Support Representative

Envision Healthcare Holdings is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an entry-level position, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts - Assist with account management, including updating client information and resolving any issues that may arise - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong research skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred - Visa sponsorship and retirement plan benefits are available for qualified candidates
