Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Norfolk Southern is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our account management team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers with day-to-day administrative tasks. 2. Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution. 5. Conduct research to support account managers in identifying new business opportunities. 6. Prepare and analyze reports on client performance and market trends. 7. Attend client meetings and provide support as needed. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 9. Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met. 10. Handle any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 3. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 9. Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
