Account Support Representative

Job Description:

L Brands is seeking a dedicated and passionate Account Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and assisting with various account management duties. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts - Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Conduct research to identify new business opportunities - Utilize creativity to develop innovative strategies to support client objectives

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
