Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist with account management tasks such as processing orders, resolving billing inquiries, and updating client information 3. Work closely with the sales team to support client needs and ensure customer satisfaction 4. Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for account growth and retention 5. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve performance goals 6. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management roles 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software 5. Driven and motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional service 6. Strategic planning skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively 7. Time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals
