Account Support Specialist

BlackRock is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time position is an entry-level role, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our account management team, ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the management of client accounts, including processing account paperwork and maintaining accurate records - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address any account-related inquiries - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Assist with reporting and analysis of client account performance metrics - Collaborate with the account management team to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention - Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong adaptability and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred
