Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Oneok is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and possess key personality traits such as energy and dedication. They should also have strong soft skills in critical thinking and communication.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in servicing client accounts - Assist with client inquiries and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and account information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Participate in client meetings as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a client support or account management role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong critical thinking and communication skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the energy industry is a plus
