Remote Account Support Specialist

Job description:

PayPal Holdings is seeking a talented Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in account support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a resourceful and adaptable personality, along with strong soft skills in innovation and teamwork.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote account support to PayPal customers, resolving issues and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account setup, verification, and troubleshooting - Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex account issues - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implementation of best practices in account support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
