Job Description:
MetLife is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to kick start their career in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the Account Management team - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients - Conduct research and analysis to support account management activities - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients and partners - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the account management process
Requirements: - Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation and analytical abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required)
