Job Description: Ashland is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is resilient, reliable, and has a passion for providing excellent customer support. As an Associate-level role, this position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers regarding account inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive business growth - Assist in developing and implementing strategic account plans - Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs - Perform strategic planning to identify opportunities for account growth and increased customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build meaningful relationships with customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to create and implement strategic account plans - Resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment - Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
