Job Description:

L Brands is seeking a dynamic and passionate Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Entry Level position, the Remote Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels while working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through email, phone, and chat to provide account support and assistance with sales inquiries. - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and invoices. - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategic planning. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize account support processes and improve overall customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry best practices to effectively support client needs.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role. - Resilient and passionate personality traits. - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients. - Strategic planning and research skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Flexibility to work part-time hours remotely.
