Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Duke Energy is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience looking to grow their career in account support. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, account changes, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or account support - Reliable and independent work ethic - Strong cooperation and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
