Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team at Tech Data in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate-level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and motivated, with excellent time management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in managing client accounts - Communicate with clients to address any inquiries or issues - Assist in maintaining accurate records of client interactions - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure client satisfaction - Help create reports and presentations for clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to better assist clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
