Job Description:
Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Support Specialist to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the account management team 2. Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing 3. Assist with resolving customer inquiries and issues 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Generate reports and analyze data to support account management efforts 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role 2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 6. High school diploma or equivalent required
