Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Account Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist clients with account inquiries, policy information, and claims processing - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and inquiries - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients - Handle any escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
