Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons' is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities for growth - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones - Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and sales goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
