Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a confident and reliable Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders and update customer information in the database - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Call Center Manager

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and strategic planning skills - Confidence and professionalism when interacting with customers - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
