Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Dubai Healthcare City is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, comments, and complaints. 3. Provide information about services, appointments, and general inquiries. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively and efficiently. 5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the database. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service and support. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Contribute to the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community. 9. Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Proficient in using technology and CRM systems. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. 7. Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively. 8. Must be dedicated, energetic, and customer-oriented.
