Job Description:

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual - Assist with customer complaints and provide solutions when necessary - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Follow scripts and guidelines provided for effective communication - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient call center operations - Complete administrative tasks as assigned by the Call Center Manager

Requirements: - Motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment - Resilient in handling challenging situations with customers - Strong decision-making skills and ability to take on leadership roles when needed - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
