Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about products and services offered by NextEra Energy - Assist customers with account management tasks, such as updating personal information, billing inquiries, and account maintenance - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Must be motivated and resilient, with a strong desire to assist customers - Excellent planning and time management skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using computer applications and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection - Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
