Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

As a Call Center Assistant at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position at our Dubai location requires an Associate Level of seniority with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Provide information about our insurance products and services to potential clients - Assist customers with policy-related questions and make updates to their accounts - Document all customer interactions accurately in our database - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and follow up with prospects - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Assist in special projects as assigned by the Call Center Manager

Requirements: - Dedicated and energetic individual with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve customer issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
