Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a Call Center Assistant to join our team at Erie Insurance Group. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information about insurance products and services to potential customers - Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed performance goals - Stay up to date on industry trends and company policies to provide the best possible service to customers

Requirements: - Motivated and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability to handle a variety of customer interactions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure - Experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus but not required
