Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Call Center Assistant to work from home in Dubai. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resilient, with strong presentation and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries about hotel bookings, reservations, and amenities. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm reservations, and address any issues or concerns. 3. Utilize the company's CRM system to input and update customer information accurately. 4. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all callers. 5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Must be adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment. 7. Soft skills in presentation and cooperation. 8. Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
