Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Provide information about products and services, and assist with placing orders - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company

Requirements: - Must be driven and resilient, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Possess excellent critical thinking skills and be able to effectively manage interactions with customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using basic computer programs and applications - Must have a quiet workspace at home with a reliable internet connection
