Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and hardworking Call Center Assistant to join our team at Genworth Financial. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Dubai, Dubai. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding financial products and services. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through their options. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals. 5. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information to customers. 6. Utilize your analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions. 7. Demonstrate strong people management skills to build rapport and trust with customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements: 1. Must be confident and hardworking in a fast-paced environment. 2. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Visa sponsorship, dental insurance, and relocation allowance are available as benefits for this position.
