Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a highly motivated and independent Call Center Assistant to work from home in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Managing and updating customer database - Assisting with any administrative tasks as required - Providing support to the Call Center Manager as needed - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Requirements: - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
