Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Big Lots is seeking a Call Center Assistant to work from home in Dubai. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, have strong people management skills, and possess critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries, requests, and complaints - Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Striving to meet and exceed performance goals and metrics

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
