Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Darden Restaurants is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team and work from home in Dubai. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy - Accurately record customer information and interactions in the database - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must have a quiet home office environment with a reliable internet connection
