Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a Call Center Assistant to join our team at DISH Network. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone. This position is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries - Manage customer complaints and ensure a resolution in a timely manner - Assist customers with billing inquiries, technical support, and account information - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database - Meet or exceed performance goals in areas such as customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong people management and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent
