Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Trinity Industries is seeking a motivated and hardworking Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. 3. Handle customer complaints and ensure resolutions are achieved to maintain customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. 6. Must be motivated and hardworking individuals with strategic planning abilities. 7. Must have a home office setup with a reliable internet connection.
